Like any good prairie, we’ve got broad horizons and deep roots. We’re resistant to fires, floods, pestilence and even economic downturns! We have the ability to create wonderfully diverse tapestries of sound, color, motion, light and texture. And like a prairie, we are constantly evolving, changing, renewing and being renewed.
At BPC, our mission is to devote ourselves professionally to a small group of select clients, providing them with virtually unlimited service and attention, and exceeding their expectations. This goes for all our clients and projects regardless of size and scope.
How do we set out to accomplish this goal? Let us count the ways….
· By developing strong relationships with our clients and with all the people we work with.
· Treating our clients, their agents and our staff with the utmost respect
· By being selective about the projects we engage in – we must believe in our clients and their goals!
· By being selective about the professionals we bring into each project, making sure they are the most qualified and the best fit.
· Avoiding the temptation to become overextended by taking on too many concurrent projects.
· By taking our client’s projects as seriously as they do.
Our approach is to ensure that every creative element is purposeful and serves to enhance your message and reach your goals. While we embrace all forms of showmanship and entertainment, we believe that each element must contribute positively to the total meeting experience.
Big Prairie's style of Production Management is client focused. We believe that listening to you is the number one step in a highly collaborative process, and that constant communication with our clients is paramount.
Toward this end we have a number of tried and true devices that can be customized for each client and project, such as timelines, schedules, Project Change Notices and other processes.
We also have a deep bench – a little black book full of great people who do everything from making balloon bullfrogs to bringing holograms to life.
And when it comes to event execution, BPC believes firmly in redundant systems. Whether it is the back-up video projector or the video engineer who can jump in and take over the video director’s seat in case of an emergency, we are careful to plan for contingencies.
