A Team
At BPC, our long and storied career has given us the opportunity to work with many excellent professionals, and these are the people who round out our staff on a per-project basis. We find this is a great way to approach each of our projects since every project is custom. (There are no cookie cutters in our arsenal!) This ensures that each member of the team is out circulating among other professionals, and working in different arenas such as consumer entertainment, broadcast TV, sports, publications, academia, social and community events. This keeps us fresh and enables each team member to bring new perspectives, resources and strategies to the table.
Site Selection Matrix™
Big Prairie has also developed a proprietary Site Selection Matrix – a methodology for objective, quantifiable evaluation of possible venues for events. Pertinent variables are defined and the suitability of each venue as it pertains to each of the variables is given a score. Variables range from the dimensions of the ballroom load-in door to the per- person cost for coffee breaks.
Data is gathered through painstakingly careful site inspection(s), venue questionnaires, interviews with venue staff and other research. After all data is tabulated, a numeric score is assigned to each contender. This evaluation has proven to be a useful tool for clients in determining the best option for their event.
